About Bowling Score Calculator

Welcome to Bowling Score Calculator, a simple and intuitive tool designed to help bowling enthusiasts keep track of their game scores with ease.

How It Works

Our calculator follows the standard rules of ten-pin bowling:

  • A game consists of ten frames
  • In each frame, you have two chances to knock down all ten pins
  • If you knock down all pins on the first roll, it's called a "strike"
  • If you knock down all remaining pins on the second roll, it's called a "spare"
  • The score for a frame is the total number of pins knocked down plus bonuses for strikes and spares
  • A strike earns 10 points plus the value of your next two rolls
  • A spare earns 10 points plus the value of your next roll
  • The 10th frame can have up to three rolls if you bowl a strike or spare
